Our service tenet: professional and efficient, full-time guarantee, in order to provide professional and efficient after-sales service, we make the following commitments to our customers:

1.All the machines and equipment sold by our company will be free  charge for 12 months from the date of acceptance (the consumable parts are executed according to the agreement between the two parties), and provide professional technical support.

2.After receiving the customer call, respond within 2 hours and provide professional advice. 

3. After the warranty period expires, our company will provide maintenance service and technical support according to the exact situation.

4. Failure or damage to the machine (including parts) under the following conditions is not covered by the warranty

1）The spart part is not produced at our compan. For specific warranty commitments, please see the product warranty certificate for the accessory.

2）The whole machine and parts have exceeded the warranty period.

3） Failure or damage to the machine caused by installation, repair, modification or disassembly by other agent or company which is not authorized by our company.

4）Faults caused by accidental factors or human factors include: machine failure or damage caused by operation errors, scratches, handling, moving, bumping, etc.
